Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities 

  • Follow up with customers for service due reminders and schedule service appointments.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls while adhering to company service standards.

  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution through coordination with relevant teams.

  • Promote value-added services (VAS), service packages, and workshop offerings to customers.

  • Coordinate service appointments and communicate schedules to workshop teams.

  • Support customer retention and lost customer reactivation initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update DMS data regularly.

  • Assist in planning and executing service marketing campaigns to increase workshop revenue and customer engagement.
