About Job Role : CNC Milling Operator will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. Candidate must ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks while following safety and company standards.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
• Perform machine setup and make basic offset adjustments when required.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
