About the Role : Avery Dennison is seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join as Trainees under the NATS program. The selected candidates will support production operations, ensure quality standards, and contribute to efficient manufacturing processes.

Stipend & Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit 18 to 26 Years

  Candidates residing within 50 km of the plant location are not eligible.

• Candidates from other states are welcome to apply.
   

Working Schedule

• 6 Days a Week

• 8-Hour Rotational Shifts

• Weekly Off as per shift schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow production plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

• Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or issues.

• Inspect products and ensure quality standards are maintained.

• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping standards.

• Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
