Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and community outreach activities to identify potential candidates.

• Promote training, skill development, and employment programs to eligible candidates.

• Counsel and guide candidates regarding course offerings, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.

• Organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and mobilization drives in assigned areas.

• Coordinate with local schools, colleges, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, candidate interactions, and enrollments.

• Follow up with prospective candidates to ensure successful registration and participation.
