💰 Salary & Benefits

 • Overtime Pay: ₹100 per hour

 • Performance Incentive: ₹2,200 – ₹5,000 per month

 • Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,000 per month

 • Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month (for 25 working days)


Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products accurately using handheld scanners and digital order lists.

  • Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transportation.

  • Verify product quantity, quality, and order accuracy before dispatch.

  • Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and inventory tags correctly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

  • Follow safety procedures and company operational guidelines.

  • Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment targets.
