Duties -

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of sports events and competitions during the 39th National Games.
• Liaise with sports federations, athletes, coaches, technical officials, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
• Assist in venue readiness, competition scheduling, logistics planning, and operational management.
• Monitor compliance with event guidelines, competition rules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, event documentation, and performance assessments for management and stakeholders.
• Support athlete services, accreditation processes, transportation coordination, and participant engagement activities.
• Identify operational challenges and provide timely solutions to ensure successful delivery of sports events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and organizing committees to achieve event objectives efficiently.
