About Job Role : We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, commission, and maintain Electronic Weighbridge systems at customer sites. The role includes troubleshooting, providing technical support, handling service calls, and building strong customer relationships while traveling to client locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Install and commission Electronic Weighbridge systems at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of weighbridge equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers through onsite visits and remote assistance.
• Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with customers and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Prepare service reports and travel to customer locations as required.
