Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, scan, and segregate incoming and outgoing shipments based on destination and delivery routes.
• Load and unload parcels safely while following warehouse safety procedures.
• Ensure accurate processing, labeling, and tracking of packages in the system.
• Maintain shipment records and update package movement status as per company SOPs.
• Support warehouse operations, including dispatch, receiving, and inventory handling activities.
• Identify damaged or misrouted shipments and report issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and transportation teams to meet daily operational targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sorting area to ensure smooth workflow.
