Key Responsibilities

• Perform battery assembly and production activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
• Conduct in-process inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace discipline at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
