Key Responsibilities

• Installation: Safely install, assemble, and connect AC units (split, window, and central systems) according to design blueprints and manufacturer specifications. 
• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Inspect systems to identify electrical, mechanical, or refrigerant leaks using diagnostic tools like multimeters, pressure gauges, and leak detectors. 
• Repairs: Replace or repair faulty components, such as compressors, fan motors, capacitors, and wiring. Safely handle, recover, and recharge refrigerants.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, clean coils, replace filters, unclog drains, and calibrate thermostats to extend equipment lifespan and improve energy efficiency. 
• Customer Service: Interact with clients, explain system issues, provide cost estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used, and strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
