Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ employees across warehouse and operational functions.
• Oversee Raw Material Store operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance.
• Ensure the right parts are delivered to assembly line stations accurately and on time.
• Monitor daily operational performance and achieve productivity targets.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational delays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock management practices.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
