Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through field visits, job fairs, campus drives, and local hiring campaigns.

• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Conduct walk-in drives and mobilization activities in assigned locations.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring targets.

• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
