• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and shipment flow
• Monitor attendance, shift planning, and manpower allocation
• Handle real-time operational issues and ensure quick resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, HR, Transport) for seamless functioning
• Track productivity, maintain reports, and ensure SLA adherence
