Key Responsibilities

Dealer/Distributor Network Development:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified dealers/distributors across India to expand Wave Visions' IoT Medical Devices market reach.
• Establish strong and mutually beneficial partnerships with these partners.
• Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to drive sales growth for Wave Visions' IoT Medical Devices

Market Penetration:

• Analyze market trends, identify target segments, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate a team of dealer/distributors' sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training and coaching to the dealers/distributors' sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
