Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar and bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
• Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
