Eligibility Criteria

• Education:* ITI Pass-out in Fitter, Welder, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, MMV, Diesel Mechanic, and other related trades  
• Age Limit:* 18 to 28 years  
• Experience:* Freshers can apply. Prior shop-floor experience preferred  
• Physical Fitness:* Selection based on Pre employment health checkup at Tata motors pantnagar. 

   

*Work Details*  

• Shift:* Rotational shifts including night shift  
• Nature of Job:* Contractual for 7 months, subject to performance and plant requirement  
   

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production/assembly line as per SOPs  
• Perform  at assembly line , fitting, welding, painting, or quality check activities based on assigned shop  
•  Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met  
• Follow all safety, 5S, and workplace discipline guidelines strictly  
• Support in material handling and line feeding activities  
• Report defects, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the line supervisor  
•  Maintain proper documentation of production logs and shift reports
