• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
• Record customer interactions and update CRM/system accurately
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets such as call handling time and resolution rate
• Follow communication scripts and company processes
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
