Job Overview : We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Technician to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, machinery, or systems within our facility or at client sites. Your primary goal is to ensure maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Operations

• Setup & Assembly: Assemble, install, and calibrate equipment, components, or systems based on technical manuals and engineering blueprints.

• Testing: Conduct operational tests on newly installed or repaired machinery to ensure it functions within specified parameters.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine, scheduled maintenance checks (cleaning, lubricating, adjusting parts) to prevent equipment breakdown.

• Diagnostic & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or electronic faults efficiently to minimize system downtime. Repair or replace defective components.

• Tool Mastery: Safely utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic software, and measuring instruments (e.g., multimeters, gauges).

3.  Documentation & Safety

• Logs & Reports: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, parts replaced, and hours spent on repairs using digital logs or worksheets.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow company safety protocols, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
