Key Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and market outreach activities.

• Product Consultation & Pitching: Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable financial products and services, including Business Loans, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Insurance, POS Solutions, and Payment Gateways.

• Field Sales Activities: Conduct regular field visits and client meetings within the assigned territory to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.

• Lead Management & Conversion: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and self-sourcing initiatives to ensure effective conversion and business closure.

• Documentation & Compliance: Collect and verify KYC documents, financial records, and application forms while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance standards.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention, cross-selling, up-selling, renewals, and referral generation.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and support business growth strategies.
