Eligibility Criteria

• S&C certification from National/International bodies is preferable 
• Should be below 35 years of age
   

Key Responsibilities

• Help athletes improve mental strength, focus, confidence, and motivation.
• Conduct counseling sessions to manage stress, anxiety, pressure, and performance issues.
• Train athletes in concentration, visualization, goal setting, and emotional control techniques.
• Support athletes in coping with injuries, failures, and competition pressure.
• Work with coaches and support staff to improve team morale and communication.
• Monitor athletes’ mental well-being and psychological readiness before competitions.
• Maintain psychological assessment records and prepare athlete progress reports.
