Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front office, kitchen, room service, and banquet activities.

• Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and customer service standards are maintained at all times.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve guest complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory of food items, beverages, crockery, and cutlery to avoid shortages and wastage.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely purchase of quality materials and supplies.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff while maintaining service and operational standards.

• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower effectively during peak business hours.
