Key Responsibilities​​​​

• Assess clients’ physical conditions, movement patterns, posture, and rehabilitation needs
• Design and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs
• Conduct Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups focusing on strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility
• Support injury prevention, pain management, and post-rehabilitation recovery programs
• Work closely with sports medicine professionals and rehabilitation specialists for integrated client care
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment or Pilates plans accordingly
• Educate clients on posture correction, body mechanics, stretching, and recovery techniques
• Maintain accurate client assessment records, treatment notes, and progress reports
• Ensure safe and professional use of Pilates and rehabilitation equipment
• Build a positive, motivating, and client-focused studio environment
