Mahatennis Foundation, Pune, is looking to hire a High Performance Managers for our High Performance Centre at Balewadi Stadium.

Eligibility:
   * Knowledge of sports science and mental training will be an added advantage
   * Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
    * Should be well versed in Marathi and English

Duties - 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the High Performance Centre at Balewadi Stadium
• Coordinate and manage athlete training schedules, competitions, recovery plans, and support services
• Work closely with coaches, trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and sports science experts to ensure athlete development
• Monitor athlete performance data and assist in implementing high-performance strategies
• Support sports science, strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and mental wellness initiatives
• Plan and execute tournaments, camps, workshops, and high-performance programs
• Maintain communication with athletes, parents, coaches, and management regarding training progress and schedules
• Ensure smooth administrative operations including reporting, documentation, budgeting, and compliance
• Lead and supervise operational staff while maintaining professional discipline and high standards at the centre
• Build partnerships and coordinate with federations, academies, and external stakeholders for athlete growth opportunities
• Manage facility utilization, equipment coordination, and operational logistics of the High Performance Centre
• Promote a positive, professional, and athlete-focused environment within the organization
