Role Overview : A Microfinance Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing women borrowers, forming Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and managing small-ticket loan disbursements. The role also includes conducting field visits and ensuring timely weekly repayment collections as per company policies.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

     * Age: 18–30 years
     * Two-wheeler Driving License

Benefits: 

            * Provident Fund (PF) and ESI benefits will be provided as per company policy.
          * Monthly Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹10,000+
           * Monthly Fuel Allowances: Petrol : 3800 (Fixed)
 

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard eligible women borrowers under the group lending model

• Conduct village and centre meetings to explain loan products, repayment structure, and financial services

• Collect KYC documents and process loan applications accurately through manual or digital systems

• Perform field verification of customers’ income sources, family background, and repayment capacity

• Coordinate loan approval and assist in loan disbursement procedures

• Conduct weekly collection meetings and ensure timely EMI collections from borrowers

• Maintain accurate collection records, receipts, and system updates

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business opportunities
