Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and physically fit candidates for the position of Bar Bender & Steel Fixer. The role involves cutting, bending, placing, and fixing reinforcement steel (rebar) for RCC structures as per approved structural drawings and construction standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and structural drawings

• Cut and bend reinforcement steel using appropriate machines and tools

• Fix reinforcement steel in slabs, beams, columns, footings, and other RCC structures

• Tie reinforcement bars securely using binding wire and hand tools

• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and placement of cover blocks as per specifications

• Coordinate with shuttering and site teams before concreting activities

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at the construction site

• Handle and maintain tools and equipment properly

• Support site activities to ensure timely project completion
