Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Skilled Jewelry Polishing Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and finishing jewelry pieces to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards before delivery or display. The role requires precision, careful handling of delicate jewelry items, and the ability to work efficiently within the manufacturing process.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry pieces using polishing wheels, brushes, compounds, and other finishing tools

• Clean jewelry items using ultrasonic cleaners, steamers, and standard jewelry cleaning equipment

• Inspect jewelry for scratches, defects, or damage before and after polishing

• Handle delicate and high-value jewelry products with proper care and attention

• Ensure all jewelry pieces meet required quality and finishing standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of polishing equipment and tools

• Coordinate with jewelers, setters, and quality control teams for smooth workflow

• Follow company safety, security, and production procedures at all times

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
