Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage sponsorship sales and partner servicing for SLK. The role involves identifying new sponsorship opportunities, managing brand relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, and delivering measurable value to partners throughout the season.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
Experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, sports marketing, media sales, or client servicing
Prior experience in sports leagues, events, or entertainment properties preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems
Understanding of ROI/EMV tracking and sponsorship performance metrics
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Malayalam; Hindi will be an added advantage
Willingness to travel across Kerala during the sports season
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential sponsors and brand partners
Develop customized pitch decks, proposals, and sponsorship presentations
Manage and track the sales pipeline through CRM tools
Achieve seasonal sponsorship acquisition targets
Partner Servicing & Brand Activation
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sponsors
Ensure delivery of all contractual branding commitments including LED boards, digital assets, hoardings, hospitality, and on-ground activations
Coordinate and execute seamless matchday sponsor activations
Reporting & Performance Management
Prepare sponsor ROI and EMV reports within defined timelines post-match
Maintain seasonal performance dashboards and activation reports
Support partner retention, renewal discussions, and upselling opportunities
Client Retention & Relationship Management
Build strong long-term relationships with sponsors and stakeholders
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance discussions
Identify opportunities for account growth and partnership expansion
