  Key Responsibility Areas.

• Store Security Management – Protect store property, products, staff, and customers from theft, damage, or unauthorized activities.

• Customer Monitoring – Observe customer movement and behavior inside the store to identify suspicious activities and prevent shoplifting.

• Baggage and Store Checking – Check customer and staff baggage, bills, and materials at entry and exit points as per store policy.

• Safety Support – Ensure fire safety, emergency exits, and safety procedures are properly followed inside the store.

• CCTV Handling and Surveillance – Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and report suspicious activities or incidents to management immediately.

• Access and Entry Control – Manage entry and exit of staff, vendors, and visitors to maintain store security.

• Incident Reporting – Maintain records of theft, damage, suspicious activities, and daily security observations.

• Emergency Response – Respond quickly during emergencies like fire, accidents, medical situations, or security threats.

• Coordination with Store Management – Work closely with store managers and staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.

• Customer Assistance and Discipline – Assist customers politely and ensure store rules and discipline are maintained.
