Job Summary :

💼 Key Responsibilities:

   • Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics support
   • Handle day-to-day communication through emails, phone calls, and reporting activities
   • Support documentation, shipment tracking, and logistics operations
   • Coordinate with internal clearance, dispatch, and operations teams for smooth workflow
   • Maintain records and prepare Excel reports accurately
   • Update shipment and delivery details in the system regularly
   • Manage end-to-end import/export coordination until final delivery
   • Ensure timely communication and issue resolution for customers and operations teams
