KRA – Production Supervisor (SBS)
   ★ Supervise SBS (Sodium Bi Sulphate – NaHSO4) batch manufacturing production activities.
   ★ Monitor drying, reaction, chlorination, distillation, and inspection processes.
   ★ Handle daily plant operations and ensure smooth batch production flow.
   ★ Monitor centrifuge machines and maintain production efficiency.
   ★ Maintain production data sheets, log sheets, and batch-wise manufacturing records.
  ★ Manage finished goods handling, dispatch clearance, and dispatch data accuracy.
  ★ Coordinate manpower allocation and shift-wise workforce management.
  ★ Prepare duty rosters and manage employee attendance and leave records.
  ★ Coordinate with the maintenance department for plant maintenance follow-ups.
  ★ Ensure 100% PPE compliance and adherence to plant safety procedures at all times.
