A Supervisor – Structure (Technical) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising structural construction activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interpret structural drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards for site execution.

2. Plan, supervise, and monitor system shuttering and carpentry activities.

3. Oversee concreting works to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.

4. Supervise bar bending and reinforcement activities as per approved drawings.

5. Monitor scaffolding installation and ensure adherence to safety standards.

6. Allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively for smooth site operations.

7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at the workplace.

8. Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of site workers and subcontractors.

9. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for timely project execution.

10. Maintain daily work reports, site records, and progress updates.
