A Supervisor Structure is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising structural construction activities at project sites while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of work.
 

Key Responsibilities.
​​​​​​​* Interpret structural drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards for site execution.
* Plan, supervise, and monitor system shuttering and carpentry activities.
* Oversee concreting works to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
* Supervise bar bending and reinforcement activities as per approved drawings.
* Monitor scaffolding installation and ensure adherence to safety standards.
* Allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively for smooth site operations.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at the workplace.
* Supervise, guide, and evaluate the performance of site workers and subcontractors.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for timely project execution.
* Maintain daily work reports, site records, and progress updates.
