Key Responsibilities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, chat, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional and positive communication with customers at all times.
Record customer interactions and update information in CRM systems or databases.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved successfully.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
Process orders, returns, refunds, or service requests as per company guidelines.
Meet customer service quality standards and performance targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support operations.
Handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining service quality.
