Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service mechanical and quartz watches

• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements

• Replace damaged or worn components such as batteries, straps, crowns, and crystals

• Perform battery replacement and water resistance testing

• Adjust timing accuracy and calibrate watch mechanisms

• Inspect watches for defects and ensure quality standards

• Use precision tools and testing equipment safely and accurately

• Maintain service records and repair documentation

• Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers or supervisors

• Ensure workplace cleanliness and proper handling of luxury/timepiece products

• Follow company service procedures and manufacturer guidelines

• Support inventory management for spare parts and repair tools
