Eligibility Criteria
UG & Graduates from any discipline (Recent pass-outs preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US time zones)
Candidates must be from Bangalore or ready to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.
Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Adhere to process compliance, quality, and performance metrics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring first-call resolution.
