Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspection as per the Standard Inspection Check Sheet.
• Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) according to defined standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE and avoiding metal objects (chains, rings, belt buckles, etc.).
• Inspect all vehicles thoroughly following the standard checklist.

Inspection Process:

• If the vehicle is OK, → Move directly to the Standby Area.
• If the vehicle is Not Good (NG) → Driver must park the vehicle in the designated NG Bay of the respective section.
• After inspection, ensure proper vehicle movement to the loading area.
• Approved vehicles are shifted to the standby area by drivers.

Coordination & Tracking:

• Shuttle drivers must update the Standby Team Leader (TL) with vehicle movement details.
• TL is responsible for allocating parking bays in the standby area based on TO / Load Allocation.
