Job Summary :

  1. Florila Enterprise LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to expand our presence in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong retailer relationships, and increasing brand visibility in local markets.
    🎯 Key Responsibilities
    Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers regularly
    Promote and sell Florila products (Ragi flour, A2 Desi Cow Ghee, Millet Pasta, Noodles, etc.)
    Generate new leads and onboard retailers/distributors
    Achieve monthly sales targets
    Ensure proper product placement and visibility in stores
    Collect market feedback and competitor insights
    Maintain daily sales reports
    📍 Preferred Candidate
    Candidates from Kendrapara & Paradeep area are highly preferred
    Experience in FMCG sales (Freshers with strong interest can also apply)
    Good communication and convincing skills
    Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
    Self-motivated and target-driven
