  • Preparing and verifying export/import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill)
  • Coordinating with CHA (Customs House Agent) for clearance
  • Tracking shipments (inbound & outbound)
  • Handling documentation in EXIM systems / Excel
  • Ensuring timely dispatch & delivery of goods
  • Maintaining records of shipments and invoices
