  • Perform scanning, sorting, and system entry of packages
  • Update shipment details in the system
  • Handover shipments to delivery partners
  • Track and follow up on delivery status
  • Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collections
  • Submit collected cash to the counter
  • Process returned shipments and update records
