Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC machining processes, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure high-quality production standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (Turning, Milling, VMC, HMC) as per job requirements

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Set up tools, offsets, and machine parameters

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)

• Maintain production records and reports

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• 1–6 years of experience as a CNC Operator

• Knowledge of CNC programming basics (G-code, M-code preferred)

• Familiarity with Fanuc/Siemens controls is an advantage

• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing/automobile industry

• Understanding of quality control processes

• Ability to work in shifts

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
