Key Responsibilities:
📚 Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end close
📊 Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance
💰 Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and financial performance
📈 Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning strategies
🤝 Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and workflows
⚖️ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and policies
📝 Present financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance teams

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔️ 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance management
✔️ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
✔️ Proficiency in Akaunting or similar cloud-based accounting platforms
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Technical Skills:
📊 Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
💻 Cloud-based accounting tools (Akaunting or similar platforms)
📈 Cash flow management and financial analysis
🤖 Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization (preferred)
🔐 Compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory standards

Additional Requirements:
🌍 Comfortable working in a fully remote, project-based setup
⏳ Strong time management and ability to handle multiple financial tasks
🎓 CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is a plus
💰 Salary: $50 – $80 per hour (approximately ₹4,100 – ₹6,600/hour, paid in Indian currency based on current exchange rates). Salary in hand will be calculated on an hourly basis
