Job Description

Job Summary :

1 Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) across the plant.

2 Ensure seamless integration between MES, ERP, PLM, and shopfloor machines (SMT, testing, rework, etc.).

3 Maintain real-time production tracking, traceability, and data accuracy in MES.

4 Ensure system uptime and quick resolution of MES-related issues to avoid production disruption.

5 Manage user access control, data security, and system backups.

6 Support barcode/RFID systems, shopfloor terminals, and machine connectivity (IoT/Industry 4.0).

7 Develop and monitor dashboards for OEE, rejection, rework, WIP, and productivity.

8 Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for process digitalization.

9 Lead MES validation, version upgrades, and change management activities.

  • Drive smart factory initiatives like paperless manufacturing, real-time analytics, and automated reporting.
