Position: Quality Control Inspector
- Qualification: ITI & Diploma (All Trade aprt from Civil & COPA)
- Working Days – 6 Days/Week
Salary:
CTC Rs.20902/- , In-Hand – 16098 For 8 hours shift
Food: Lunch is provided at subsidized cost (approx. Rs.20) per meal which includes 2 times tea.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Final Quality Inspection
- Conduct final visual inspection of sheet metal components before dispatch.
- Check for dents, scratches, burrs, rust, deformation, paint defects, and welding quality.
- Ensure components meet customer quality standards and specifications.
- Customer-Specific Compliance
- Verify parts as per approved drawings, control plans, and quality check sheets.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards
- Rejection & Segregation
- Identify and segregate defective parts.
- Raise rejection notes and inform the quality/production team for corrective action.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inspection records and daily quality reports.
- Update inspection status in the quality register/system.
- Support traceability documentation before dispatch.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Support internal audits and customer audits when required.
