  • Manage daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Monitor inbound & outbound shipments (for logistics roles)
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports & data records
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Track operational performance and resolve issues
  • Handle documentation and reporting
  • Support supervisors/managers in execution of tasks
