  • Monitor daily inbound & outbound shipments
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Coordinate with transport, inventory, and documentation teams
  • Maintain records (MIS reports, stock reports, dispatch reports)
  • Ensure SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed
  • Track shipment status and resolve delays/issues
  • Support inventory control and stock accuracy
  • Ensure workplace safety and discipline in the warehouse
