Job Summary :

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Track shipment status and update internal systems
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, POD, LR, etc.)
  • Maintain records using MS Excel / ERP systems
  • Communicate with transporters, warehouse team, and clients
  • Assist in dispatch planning and delivery scheduling
  • Generate daily / weekly MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards
