• Handle end-to-end export and import shipment processes.
• Verify Shipping documents (Invoice, Packing list, AWB/BL, COO etc.)
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
• Arrange vehicle placement and monitor pickups and deliveries domestic movements.
• Track shipments and update status to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Use MS OƯice tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Gmail) for reporting and coordination.
• Maintain trackers for shipment status, billing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status and resolve queries.
