Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to support technical operations, improve processes, solve engineering problems, and ensure efficient execution of departmental activities. The role involves planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor engineering activities as per operational requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project and operational execution.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment/process issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Support preventive maintenance and optimization activities.
• Monitor performance parameters and recommend improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean, etc.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables.
• Provide technical support and training to operators or team members when required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience (Freshers may apply for junior roles).
• Knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and problem-solving techniques.
• Basic understanding of quality systems and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical tools/software.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or process improvement tools.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
