Role Brief: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone and chat, providing accurate product and service information, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
