Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine inspections (cleaning, lubricating), conducting preventative maintenance, and fixing minor machine issues to avoid downtime.
• Safety Adherence: Following all health and safety regulations, including wearing protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean work area.

• Set Up & Operation: Preparing machines for operation by reviewing blueprints or job orders, adjusting settings for efficiency, and starting up machinery.
• Production Monitoring: Overseeing machinery during operation to ensure high-speed, accurate production, and adjusting settings as needed.
• Quality Control:

   Inspecting finished products and intermediate parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to meet specifications.
